 What a goose chase!! I had no idea what to do for this challenge. Visited a sports store for some equipment shots, but they told me I had to get corporate approval. Got that same line at another sports store. Then I passed a bowling alley and they let me lie on the floor to get off a couple of shots. Then I drove by a skating rink, thinking I might get some interesting shots there. Nope. Finally, on the way home I passed a high school track but there were too many athletes to get a good shot of anything.

After viewing by my team's critical eye, I went out the next day and rented a fish-eye (gotta get me one of these bad boys!!!) and schlepped back to the bowling alley, then drove by another school and got an interesting shot there.

This was exhausting but a lot of fun. And I hope it was worth it!!!! I expect at least one comment telling me the title applies to baseball, but I thought it worked for this shot.

I'm out of ideas, so this is it. I'm not even sure it fits the challenge!!!!

I'm so stoked!! I owe it ALL to my teammate Jason for suggesting I retake the shot with a wide-angle. You were so right, you Village Burner, you!!!!
