 This was from my trip to Fruita, CO for the Fat Tire Festival. I'm demo'ing a Carbon Enduro from Specialized, and that thing can really move. There are way too many things wrong with this photo, but I had just gotten back into town and had 10 minutes to choose a shot and edit. Horizon is off and lots of other stuff. I tried to upload a sharper version but didn't get it in in time. Trip was great though, otherwise. I saw this rock flake, which is featured in a magazine cover, and had to do it up, so we got a couple shots in.

I like the opposing diagonals between the biker and the rock.

I am a die hard mtn bike rider so this shot appeals to me. Nice job of catching the action and I like the sky (kind of dramatic). The lighting is a little harsh (not much you can do about that, I know) and the rider is a little soft. May want to try sharpening it after saving it at the smaller web size (I just learned that trick and it really does make a huge difference).

A great capture! Love the fisheye effect. Well composed. Just a tad over exposed I think. 7/10.

cool shot. wouldn't it have been neat if you could have more shadow further down the rock?
