| IMO the cityline is too centered. If there had been something going on in the sky to reflect in the water then this much sky and water would have worked for me. Still a nice, clean, classic nightshot, so a 7 :) |

| Placing horizon at the middle of the frame does not make for a very interesting composition imho. You have a lot of the frame wasted in negative space in both in the foreground and the sky. Although you attained a nice effect in the water from the long exposure, it sadly affected the sharpness of the cityscape and also overblown some lights. 4 from me. |
