The door handle of a restaurant called Da Vinci's. The proprietor not only allowed me to take this shot, but treated me to a detailed history of its production, along with that of the light fittings and murals. The door handle is made of brass and the handle extends via a bar across the whole width of the door. This featured part is about the size of a plate, and the whole set up is very heavy. (But you should see the light fittings - and pray that one doesn't fall on you!)

My second favourite person of all time.
Can't help feeling that the crop is just too tight - it almost feels as though the frame is covering the rest of the picture. Nice find, colours and perspective.
