I'm venturing out and guessing we have some aborgines in the background? Or at indiginous people from somewhere...
I like the sentiment. I'm not really sure how I would have done this; Less blur to make sure people know what we're looking at, but then that deceases the message. Tough choice, but I do like the direction quite a bit.

Incredibly grainy in the wrong way. Composition is nice, and it fits the challenge through.
