I think this image really hits the mark for "missed focus." Even the thumb conveys motion and speed. Love the mostly blurred parts of the car along with the blur of the infield and the track. The tiny bit of focused car gives me the illusion that the car was going so fast that's all my mind could process (if that makes sense.) Curious to find out how you achieved this. I almost want to guess that this was a prefocused lensbaby lens and panned... However it was done, great shot. |
