This is a tough one. The glass obscures the person, however the focus on that glass is spot on, razor sharp. Regardless of fitting the challenge or not, it's nicely done.
Added: Interesting that when reviewing the thumbnails, the effect of the wavy glass is diminished and I can see this is probably a selfie of haze.

I'd imagine it's very hard (impossible) to focus on a subject that is behind textured glass. For that reason I don't feel this meets the spirit of the challenge in being a "missed focus". I do like the look that the textured glass has created on the subject's face though.

The girl looking through the glass is intriguing, but those disembodied hands are kind of creepy.

There are some wonderful elements here. The face behind the glass is one of them, but somehow, the hands don't go. Maybe they're too bright and smooth?
