 Young schoolgirl in Reykjavik smiling sweetly in front of the classical building of one of the city´s oldest primary school.

The image was converted to BW in Lightroom where I also cropped it a little bit, did some tonal adjustment and exported the file to PS for levels and curves, made the frame, resized, sharpened and saved for the web.

This kind of image sticks around in the mind far longer than landscapes & such.

I do like this Gunnar - but I think I prefer these school images with your 'signature' high contrast look.

A perfect 10 picture. The title says it all. Love the smile, love how the hair is flowing in the wind, love the hat, love the background, love the shallow DoF, and last but not least, love your choice of processing.
