 Seastar in the sand at a very low tide.

Post Processing: Healed out imperfections in the sand, brightness/contrast, curves, selective hue/saturation (more purple on seastar), resize, USM, border

I LOVE this photo! It is exceptionally simple yet beauitful. I like the contrast between the purple starfish and the sand. My only gripe is the bottom of the starfish seems a touch out of focus. This is a top contender, I think! 9!
