*sigh* It's the chance one takes when one submits an image taken in December... especially when one posts in on the internet for some to tattle (not me).
It's a WONDERFUL image... especially for a Self Portrait!
It's so moody! I hope you'll stay and shoot for the challenge topics here. It's so much fun!

I shoot RAW but i dont keep any copies of the originals =/ |

| Edgy and in your face. I hate him (like a bum or drunk) but a good concept that's carried out very well. I like the realism here: scruffy 5 o'clock shadow, red nose and lips (ETOH abuse), harsh and discolored street lighting, dirty and hardened facial features. There's a fear factor like you're meeting up in some backstreet alley. Quite refreshing from the milquetoast portraits, actually, but some may find this OTT and a bit too theatrical, like excessive makeup. Strange donut shaped background bokeh. Mirror lens? 9 |

| i like this one. i know the subject is what others would say "negative" but im a smoker so lol the only thing I didnt like which was the red on the nose... it looks super embelished. |

| I'm guessing heavy HDR. Doesn't matter because I think this is great and is what you wanted to achieve! A lot of work has gone into this photo which was well set up to begin with. Has to be a top 20 finish IMO and a 9 from me. Well done! |
