My friend, Suzanne, dressed as Witch Hunter Robin from the anime of that name. She's such an awesome cosplayer! *is jealous* Heh, well, I did a mini-photoshoot with her in both this costume and her Rikku from Final Fantasy X-2. I had planned to use one of the Rikku photos for this challenge, but this one worked better. Now to find a decent title... I do wish that background weren't there, but at least I got some good DOF. If it had been a Member challenge I most likely would have made it black and white or something...

| The final shot, in my opinion, looks too much like a snapshot and not an advertisement at all. I don't think desaturating the background would have helped, but getting rid of it completely would have. Doing the same shot with a white background would look much more like a pro advert. The focus is meant to be on the glasses, but the background is just too distracting here. Also, the focus seems slightly off. Either that, or you used the wrong settings when sharpening in post-processing. The lighting is a bit harsh on her neck and hair too. To get the glasses looking more appealing for the advert, they should have some kind of catchlight in them to make them look shiney and new, and add character. |

| Great idea - captivating model. Lighting is really nice. Too bad the aperture could not have been opened more to blur out the busy background. The red lights just to the left of her hand are especailly distracting. |

Great model. The shot, to me, is very nice. That look is very cool too.
If I didn't already wear glasses, this would deifnately get my interested in doing so... |

| I think this could have been a little more provoking if shot in a stylish location. Perhaps get her nails done as well to make her look very fashionable. |
