Took me awhile to figure it out but I think that is the hull of a boat? Sorry but the overall composition does not appeal to my taste. Good luck.

I'm having a hard time with seeing exactly what the perspective is here. It looks like the bow of the boat, but it must be riding a wave or something, as this looks like a ridge it is perched on. Extra pointage for making me examine it more closely.
