May Day festival on the canal. Spoilt somewhat by bitter cold weather.
PP. A touch of Topaz HDR effect was used. The bright red boats were toned down using a 'selective colour' adjustment layer. Vignette added.

a great scene and processing although the greens are a little oversaturated

I like this scene overall, though I do find the bottom of the scene seems to be visually heavier with those bright red barges. My eye wants to explore the interesting old houses, but keeps getting dragged down to the bottom. Certainly worth a vote on the positive side, in spite of my nitpick.
