Nice photo. Sharp and clear, which I really appreciate. I will criticize though (not affecting you score at all): It seems like it could be slightly rotated right to get the tower perfectly perpendicular. And maybe some burning on the clouds to make them pop a bit more. It's advanced editing, so you can do that. I love how it is and am voting high marks, but this is all I could think of to maybe put it over the top awesome.
