I love the composition on this one -- the beach on one side and the sidewalk on the other with the curb as a dividing line. You've got a natural diptych. |

So, the distance from the aperture to the sensors (50mm) divided by the diameter of the aperture (.24mm) gives the effective aperture.
Thanks, I didn't know that. It looks like my D80 is about the same. Have you tried more than 1 pinhole? |

It's sharp but not sharp. A very popular beach but nobody is there. Sunny California but no sunshine (yet). Cool photo! I was at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago yesterday. Most of the stuff I didn't "get". This one speaks to me. |

This one is very nice. I don't understand the Aperture f177.
You have a VERY clean sensor.
