I think too many people did single exposure HDR's... Still, a beautiful shot.. 8.

Nice to see your city provides bike lanes on the main road. Guessing this could be Austin, a city known for being bicycle friendly.

actually this is a tough shot to do a HDR as the cyclist is constantly in motion. It would impact the crispness of the main subject which currently seems to be the problem with this image. If this was the case , then one way around it is to do a psedo HDR (combining images with different exposure settings from a single original shot) , 6
