Taken at work in the link between the church and the parish house. It might to be in church? Oh well. First time I ever had someone plunge the shutter for me. Thanks to Fred our sexton for helping out.

Camera Raw adjustments in PSElements 6.0.
Two Crops.
Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation.
Adjust sharpness.
Spot edit dust.
Layer of levels and gradient map converting to greyscale. Open the levels dialog and adjusted each of the RGB channels. Flatten image.
New layer, color curves adjustment, backlit default.
Merge down.
Resize. USM.
New layer, Topaz Adjust vibrance default. Merge down 32% opacity, normal blend mode.
New layer, Color curves adjustment, increase contrast default, merge down 51% opacity, normal blend mode.
Resize.
USM.
