We do not have tulips here in S W Florida, because it never gets cold enough for them to bloom. It's nice to get a good close look at the inside of this one. I like the way the black part elevates the contrast so that the stamen show up better. Nature is wonderful, and your macro shooting talent is pretty good too. |

A colourful explosion going on there. I can see why a bee would be attracted to this, coz the central pattern draws you in to the flower's 'working parts'. |
