 Parade on the oval. No commercial products can be evident throughout the event. All costumes original and hand crafted. Started of 15 years ago as a small half hour parade. Now it is about an hour an a half with many many participants of different race, creeds, color, and abilities. One of Cleveland's first class events during the year.
