 Santa Barbara, taken from the wharf. Love the soft light (overprocessed so nicely here) when the marine layer starts to lift.

This is just beautiful. Much prefer it to the portrait oriented one. the horizontal just gives you more of a chance to be (at rest) in it.

Here's a really good example of how you can never please all of the people all of the time.

I personally think that doing what is suggested there would completely ruin this image. Like it just as is.

I like the mood of this image a lot. There is a peaceful feeling, yet at the same time with the clouds and all the boats pointing into the wind, there is a sense of an incoming squall - the calm before the storm, so to speak.
