I was driving and noticed this old church that is now a restaurant . I like the way the wires look like it's holding the spire up .

As much as this tries to come off to me with impact, it's falling a little short to me somehow, and I can't quite nail down why. I do know I have past entries of my own that have performed poorly for the same reasons. Perhaps the flare does not work, or maybe if you'd clipped the shadows some, to make it more of a sihlouette. Not really sure.

Love the contre-jour effect but the power lines let it down a bit.

The sky is well exposed, but the sun is too strong and distracting. Would be better to have avoided it. I would prefer if the lines of the building where leading to the center of the picture, and maybe starting on one of the corners. Considering that this is a silhouette, you should have explored more the top of the building, trying to show more the "spikes" (don't know the proper name) up there.
