 I am practicing with my focus technique. I really think I got the eyes really well in this shot.

I am actually very disappointed with the voting on this site. I know that I have submitted fairly poor shots before this one but I really truly believe this deserved to be placed above the likes of an out of focus kid jumping into a pool. I don't think I will be renewing my subscription after this.

This photo has good balance to it, and mostly good sharpness, but I feel like it could use just a bit more sharpening (in the eyes) to really make it pop.

that is one intense stare as if it is ready to pounce - a bit oversaturation IMO but not too bad

Grog hunts today. Is dangerous to hunt in jungle. Many fierce animals also hunting Grog. Grog encounter vicious jungle cat today. Good thing Grog pack spare loincloth.
