Beautiful photo, gorgeous kitty, and an amazing moment. I'm a little unsure that I like the post processing though.
A few ideas: Were it me, I'd have cranked the warmth up a little and the saturation up a lot. I'd have played with brightness to darken the midtones but leave the highlights bright, to draw more attention to those areas. And since this is advanced editing, I'd probably recolor the eyes to bring more warmth and light to them. Finally, the vignette is pretty harsh, darkening the corners including her ears. If you'd masked out the ears so they were unaffected by the vignette I think it would have added dimension. |

I know you wanted to keep the tops of the ears, but I don't think they are essential. That bit of background is distracting and would be better gone, IMO. Great detail. |

I like the full frame face effect of these big cats. Not sure how I feel about the vignetting, in this case, it doesn't really seem to dram me in (more acts like a distraction). |
