I'm over the sun with a top 20 on my first attempt!!
Thanks everyone for voting and I appreciate your comments... a virtual chocolate fish to you all. ;)
As many have picked up it definitely wasn't a chaotic moment (quite the opposite) but I felt the revellers were somewhat disorganised in their positioning as in the challenge description.
