| The bubbles are nice, especially the one at center right that is really sharply in focus. I wish that there were more of them, and I also think the background is a little distracting. |

It was hard to get the focus on the bubbles, I'm sure. The main problem with this is that these boats don't make a good background for these bubbles. It's an unusual pairing, and the boats compete for attention even though I can see you've used DOF to isolate your subject matter. Did you have trouble with underexposure? Looks a bit noisy/grainy which detracts from fun shiny bubbles. Next time, try isolating just a few of the bubbles and have the boats as a reflection in them. Your border is also not helping your presentation.
Your concept of lots of bubbles floating around might work better in a different challenge. |
