This tall ship, the Empire Sandy, is one of two that offer short cruises of Lake Ontario from Toronto's Harbourfront docks. Over this past July 1st (Canada Day) holiday weekend, along with several visiting tall ships from the US, Canada and Europe, it took part in a tall ships Save the Lake Challenge. On the last day of the Fest (July 4th), all the tall ships participated in a Parade of Sails--a truly beautiful sight to see. I shot this image, as well as several others of this and many of the other tall ships, on that day.
