 It was a challenge to make a photo with old looking hands in such short notice, so I had to use my girlfriend's hands, and try to disguise it in PP, bit still it's nowhere near the look I wanted :-P

I like the emotive feel you have going with this. I think the sepia was a good choice to give it an aged feel and you have a good arrangement of everything to tell the story. If there is one comment I could make I think it would be you have shown too much. There is a wide unused space around the top and left of the image. If you could have gotten a little closer and filled the frame a bit more, then it would have been more dramatic.
