 Hand held, through the windshield of my car. There was a lot of moisture in the air (fog) and on the glass. I didn't notice the pedestrian until I processed the shot.

Very cool! Looks like the setting of a horror movie where the killer emerges from the fog, yet you still can't see who he is.
