Had a few versions with minor differences...got tired and just picked this one.
My attempt at a "studio" shot; really don't know what I'm doing...

About 30mins before rollover. It's at an even 6.000; it was at 6.0XXX for the last few days, but dropped below 6.0 an hour ago. I'd like to have it stay at 6.0... We'll see.
Well, almost held out for a 6.xxx but came up short... Next time.
Thanks to everyone who commented, especially appreciated  Abra and Tom's feedback. This is another experiment in my beginner's attempt at a "studio/product" type shot.
I had thought about putting the empty bottle at the front, and frosted bottle(s), frosted glass...etc, but it was getting late, needed to walk the dog, blah blah blah:) so details to consider next time.
The red/pink background is due to my inexperience. I had gotten ahold of a couple SB-600's that I tried off camera flash in various ways; aimed at bottles, reflected off white foam boards, bounced off ceiling, etc. However, my background was a white bed sheet lighted by a 250watt halogen work light. The WB on the camera was left on "Sun" setting. So I think the WB setting and the halogen light on the background caused the background to be warmer than I wanted. Edited with basic skills in iPhoto and got what I got.
So there it is for my amateur efforts... I think end result of the entry was bounced flash off ceiling on the left side and flash reflected off a white foam board off the right side. Halogen work light aimed at the white background.

| Technically very good and 'creative' - so well done! What I may have done differently in the composition would have been to have the first bottle as freshly emptied. |
