 A local mine, I was probably flirting with getting ran off, but I didn't actually see a soul.

I don't think the belt is over sharpened. In fact, I remember this photo from the challenge and thought it was very good.

Great shot Corey. As to not seeing a soul. It was night time so obviously all the night shift workers were doing what they do best. Play cards or shoot pool.

I actually voted klkitchens' an 8 and yours a 7. I didn't like the bit of the halo over the middle left. But besides that everything else was cracking.

A beautiful image but I am intrigued by the spots in the sky that look almost like sun flares. I do hope you will provide some information as to the type of mine this is. Good luck to you with the challenge.

Very nice shot and fits the theme. got some unwanted ghost effects in this and a bit of bother but still a nice industrial shot. Like the tracks in the foreground and this could maybe have been used with greater effect in the compo to lead the eyes to the scene, - lower angle closer to the tracks etc. Just a thought. Nice wotk with star bursts in the lights.

I'd have either cropped in a bit tighter or backed off to have even more "dead" space but still very nice.
