| I really like the detail of the paint splatters, so I might have focused just on that, leaving out the newly painted part. Adding a little more contrast would also emphasize the lovely tones in the rust. |

Intriguing perspective. Makes we wonder what this is a part of.
The white spots are a bit too bright for me (they become the focus point). Maybe rubbing a bit of dirt on them could have darkened them a bit. |
