Close-up of an hairy alpine flower (I'll try to find the name...).
No much PP: saturation and sharpness tweaks.
AV8R: For the frame: select the picture; reduce selection (~10 px); invert selection; new transparent layer; fill selection with white; play on layer opacity.

Great colors in this photo. I actually don't mind the lack of super sharpness on this, as the colors are really what make the photo.
I do think I would like it even more without the border (the slight transparency makes me think I'm missing something of interest).
