 This shot was taken on my travels at Djupalonssandur on Snaefellsnes in Iceland . It’s very close to where I lived until I was six years old and had to move to the capital to start school. I love this place and it brings up a lot of good childhood memories.

I love the colors of this shot. Did you use some type of filter? I bet this could be a good candidate for "fake HDR" to bring out the details in the dark areas.
