Wow! It really weirds me out for some reason. I just have to keep looking at it - especially at their eyes.

It's an awesome shot. Their faces look not quite real, which adds to the - what's the word I'm looking for - I'll go with 'interest' of the image. Lighting is superb.

Boxing Helena and pole dancing comes together. LOL

I like this very much. Totally unexpected. The light shadow ratio is fantastic.

I like the several levels of contrast, one has hand outside-the-box, skin tone, hair style, etc.

Some ideas outside-the-box:
Have one upside down and it would look like a playing card.
Maybe, then add a fake hearts of diamonds tattoo. You can just shoot it horizontally, one on top of the other then rotate 90 degrees, so one doesn't have to do headstands.

Thanks for the comments - I nearly pulled this, I was really unsure about it (to be honest, it still looks a little kind of seedy to me). Natural light only but a few filters to add glow and contrast.

It is certainly a little different. It's somewhat refreshing to see something a little different.

agreed on the weirdness, not sure if it appeals to me. like the angle of the elbows lined up...but the contrast in skin tone is a little odd...love the hair though.

There is definitely some weirdness going on here, but in a very intriguing way. I love the differences in their body type and skin color, and awesome lighting on both. What was your setup? And I really like the softness of the processing. Works well with the dramatic shadows.
