Hmm..

I think you my have confused the word "Operator" with "Sales Person"..

Then again, perhaps you are attempting to show a person on the other end of the phone, the "customer" who is talking to the operator..

Well, in any case, the image does not strike me as a "stock" type image, I really hesitated to go as low as a 4 on this, but I'm afraid I must...

Too true. Lighting seems a little yellow, but composition is good and the shot tells the story well.

Great idea! I bet new operators would be hung up on the blank line :)
The only thing that could have really made this better would be some nicer lighting. Right now it's a mix of cool and warm lights which are conflicting with each other.
