 I take shots for my Arthritis (Ankylosing Spondylitis) I started out years ago with two shots a week. As they improve the medicine it went from twice a week to once every two weeks, now only once a month! The back row is Ebrel. The first row is Yumra. The Star Trek looking one in the middle is Simponi.
The lighting is right on edge I think. I can see the needles in the last row along with the glass. This is on the Mac. My PC laptop I can't, and it seems more blown out.

I'm looking at this on a different monitor now, and the outline of the object is visible against the background. Funny thing is, I thought my other computer had the monitor that showed subtleties better. I guess the highlights in this image were borderline for some systems, as I see others left the blown highlights comment as well.

whites are all blown out, hard too see what's going on.

I can't even tell what this is due to the bright, high key treatment. The objects just blend in with the background, at least on this monitor.

I wish I knew what this was (diabetes testing and insulin?). The un-recognisable aspect from some may hurt your score a little (not by me though!).
Overall, I find this a great shot for the challenge. Could definitely see it used as a stock photo.
