I entered this too quickly and in retrospect I think I was much too heavy handed with my processing. I did another edit and i much prefer this one. I should have entered this version instead.

I like the quality of this version and if you ever made a kids' picture book about those kittens' adventures, this would be the way to go. Btw, I gave you 7.

I actually liked the processing as I thought the idea was to try and create the same textural (if that's a word) feel with the kittens, the ground, the background and even the bowl. To me it was different in an artistic manner and made me stop and look for longer. I gave this a 7 and probably would have given the less processed shot 6.

A little to sharp... But very cute!

Don't want to say this is over processed......but...........I think the processing would work much better and look better if the background elements didn't match the color of some of the kittens. Most of the kittens are blending into their surrounding's too much. 5 or 6

Oh no! You had the perfect setup, great colors, and what looks to be good details (focus looks spot on). This photo likely would have gotten an 8, 9, or even 10 from me if it weren't for the super sharpening. The pixelation does give it a bit of an artsy feel, but I would have liked it much more with a natural feel.

Cute scene, but it's just too dang much tone mapping; you've absolutely flattened the scene so there's no depth or volume to any of the components or to the scene itself.
