Seems a bit soft, perhaps due to a severe crop? There is also a tilt to the tower that I think could have been corrected. I realize this would have tilted the roadway, but if the roadway were sloping upwards, I think that would look more natural than the tower tilted.

Unusual to only include one of the towers in a shot of Tower Bridge and making the tower central. For me, I find my eye is pulled out of the frame first left by the suspension lines and then right by the 'floating' beam at the top. It also looks like you've cropped in a lot as the detail in the stonework is soft or pixelated.

If possible it might have been better to cross over to the South Bank where you can get a range of angles on the bridge as well as less clutter in the background.
