 I pass this rusted blue care pretty regularly, on the way to where my daughter goes to college. It made a nice subject for this challenge.

I had shots of a lot of things that were more rusted, but the play of the morning light on this car under the awning stood out to me. It might not be showing enough rust for some people's interpretation of the topic. However, one thing I know after three years on this site, it that having a visually strong image is more important than fitting every nitpicky interpretation of the topic. It is rusted.

Anticipated critiques:
-Rust is not prominent enough for this challenge
-Background too dark
-Background is too cluttered and busy
-Overprocessed/excessive tonemapping

I wish there were a way to include the "cline" part of the sign. This is a treasure!!
