 Taken on my trip into Botswana and Zimbabwe, with two good friends. Took close to 4000 photo's in 6 days. What a trip! This was taken very late in the day, dusk really.

Beautiful gentleman, amazing face. Not at all how I would have finished it in post. I'd suggest cropping in a lot closer on his face -- his rump is just wasted space in this shot. The colors also seem a little muted, perhaps a bit more saturation, a little less contrast (blacks seem kind of chunked up), and adjust hue a bit more towards yellow. Since this is advanced editing, you could even paint out the background to black if you wanted, to really make him pop.
