It's difficult finding the subject here, even after reading the title. A lot of distraction around it. Might also be called - the man watching....

Don't mean to be harsh, just writing thoughts:
Interesting cause this is an unusual scene for this audience, but what is happening in the scene isn't interesting. Perhaps try capturing it from a different angle - high up or low down, to make the composition more interesting.
