The photo is interesting enough to override any technical in-camera generated artifacts. Really well composed and that eye of the bird stands out.

nonetheless that eye is striking in the nearly flat head shape, and the shapes feature here. as well, I love the range of tones, almost totally avoiding the dark dark greys. |

His/her eye is really striking. I think I just always assumed that crows' eyes are solid black. |
