Thanks for the comments. It's definitely not the best shot ever but theres something about the first 3 racers faces that make me really like it. Maybe one has to be a track racer and know the whole back story, which the photo doesn't really convey.

little tighter crop and higher shot (from above) would probably work better for that kind of floor. 6

I like the idea here (the use of leading lines), bu I don't really care for the overall execution. Mainly, there is a very distracting background. Maybe if you could have used a motion blur technique to add a sense of action this could have turned out even better.

Nice attempt but it doesn't really feel as though there is much effort on the part of the riders here, the two riders in the background don't help convey furious action perhaps a shallower DOF and slower shutter speed would have improved it, good attempt though, hope you do well
