 A wave of silk orchids by a mix of artificial light & window light, against some gold wallpaper.

This is my first edit. Nobody liked it but me, though. I don't much like high key because it means loosing interesting shadows. These silk petals don't have much detail to loose. And they're already white. Nothing left but the light.

They were also a feature of this shot.

This is a nice photo overall. For this challenge, I don't see it as fitting well, as you have a lot of dark shadows and midtones. This feels too balanced across the histogram.

Not sure whether I can consider this high key. There are parts of the image that are, but as a whole, it does not seem to fit my understanding of the technique. I'll read up on it a little more and may come back and adjust my vote later.
