 Not extremely inspired for this one, I usually prefer dark photos. Anyway, here is a try with some grape and wine, as I wanted to avoid the classical high key portraiture. In order to freeze the action, I used 3 flashes at 1/16th, all pointing at the same umbrella, and boosted the ISO to 800.

Needless to say, I now need to clean the bathroom, before my wife comes back from work and asks me about that wine smell :-)

I guess I don't know anything about high key. I thought you did a great job with capturing the details in a brighter setting. So I gave this an 8.
