Another self portrait, a little different this time.

Took the shot with this very feel in mind, though I intended to look more serious and "knowing" but came off a little psychotic!

Single flash from above, with a reflector directly in front picking up some of the light from the flash.

I get the feeling I'm going to get torn apart on DPC for the selective saturation of the eyes because a lot of people don't like it purely on principle, but I thought for this shot it really worked.

Excellent self portrait. Such piercing blue eyes! I love it.

Striking shot.

I am a little undecided whether I would have preferred it slightly offset or not . . but a striking shot all the same.

I'm glad to see it didn't get ripped apart. The selective desat really helps emphasize the intensity of the gaze. Lighting is awesome too.

This has a great emotional impact and I find it a little intimidating to look at for long. Because it actively involved me like that, I gave you a 9 on this one. Congrats on the nice placement!

House, is that you? Very intense, I like this portrait, even the partial desat on the eyes. 8

He looks like a younger version of Hugh Laurie (House)!
