Greetings From the Critique Club

First Impressions:
I like this picture.

Technical (Comp, lighting, color, focus):
You've captured some nice colors however the harsh lighting really takes away from the image. As one of your commenters mentioned this could be corrected by shooting at a different time of day.

Challenge:
Yep, I'd say this is a metal on metal image.

Artistic/Emotion:
I think artistically, you knew what you wanted to convey but it had a hard time reaching the voters.
emotionally? I just think it's kind of flat, nothing really for one to draw on.

Summary:
In summary I think this is a very interesting photo, with lots of nice colors, the rust, blues and yellows all play well together but it was the lighting that really hurts the photo. I'd love to see this shot at a different time of day and perhaps at a different angle. I hope this helps. :-)

There's a good range of colours in this photograph, however I feel as though the shadows are a little too didtracting. Obviously, shooting at a different time of the day would help improve this.
