| There is a man who frequents times square dressed like this only he's all disheveled looking. I like how you made the man the focal point with the crowd quite blurred and desaturated but I still wish I could see the front of him (or the backs of the crowd - that's a joke). 8 from me. I like the story. |

| Interesting subject, but background is WAY too busy. Not sure why your crop leaves in the arm on the left edge. Great color in coat of rags. |

| Awesome use of dof. The letterbox shape is also effective, although I'd have like the blurred crowd to be slightly desaturated as well. |
