 Trying an edit on my netbook while traveling, which has a terrible screen, so I have no idea if I botched my edit.

Well, it looks ok on the smartphone, though noticeably more saturated. Not sure if i'll get a chance to view it on a good monitor before rollover. This ought to be an interesting experiment.

Post-challenge notes:
Barely over my present average. Decent enough. I can't complain at all for a shot done on a netbook with a lousy screen.

Sitting here Watching my Dreams score turn into a nightmare, I like to look at your photo's... First chance I've had to go snooping since this challenge, A)I Loved this. B) knowing now that you did it on a LAPTOP, OMG I love it even more!!! ( I like old and rusty, it fits me ) LOL Seriously Great job!!! Katie

the shallow dof, i think, was not a good call. the opposite directions of the thread in the background would have given more dynamic to the image had it been emphasized. the shadows are strong, indicating harsh lighting, which was not vere pleasant at all. overall, nice composition.
