| I'm getting absolutely no sense of sound from this. Only silence. Nice shot though, but I'll be knocking a couple of point off for my perceived DNMC. |

| Very nice landscape with awesome light, but it would never have suggested any particular sound to me without the title. Certainly not that one. |

This is a lovely shot and if I was allowed 100 single words to try and describe this shot Sound would not have been there. So I'm affraid it's a DNMC from me (despite the title). So this gets a 5 from me which is the highest I give for a DNMC which shows how much I really like this shot.
Ok, I've come back to this shot 4 times so something is intruiging and bothering me. After participating in some discussions in the scoring thread I'm reconsidering some of my previous voting and and this is one where I can now see (hear?) the sound. I still feel it's a bit of a shoehorn but a beautiful one at that so I'm bumping to an 8. |

I'm sorry. This photo conveys the absence of sound, imo.
It is a very lovely picture, but I don't think it fits the challenge. (not voting right now) |
